The 3rd network meeting of the Nordic-Baltic Aalborg Commitments network was held in Riga, Latvia 14-15 June 2007.
The network meeting was generously hosted by the City of Riga and organized by the Union of Baltic Cities Environment and Sustainable Development Secretariat and Finnish Association for Local and Regional Authorities. In the meeting 32 participants, representing 12 cities, four National associations from Nordic and Baltic region and two other organizations.
